Exchanges
STEP 1
Send us an email with the following information:
- Name
- Order number (received in the purchase confirmation email)
- Reference and size of the item you wish to exchange
- Reference and size of the item you wish to receive
- Reason for exchange
STEP 2
- Portugal and Islands: you can leave your order at a CTT post office, providing the code you will receive from the logistics partner (BATCH) (at an associated cost of €4.5), or alternatively send it to our facilities by registered mail.
- Europe: you should send the item to our facilities, with the process being the customer's responsibility. Posto 5 cannot be held responsible for any losses. If the items are lost, exchanges or returns will not be possible. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend sending by registered mail to the address provided by email.
STEP 3
Once the item is received at our facilities and successfully passes our quality control, we will proceed with the exchange. For this, we will send you our IBAN for payment of shipping costs and the difference in values between items, if the item you wish for has a different value from the original item.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from our logistics partner with the new shipping number, so you can track the delivery. This information may take a few hours to appear in the system.
In case the item you wish for is not in stock at the moment your order arrives at our facilities, the exchange will be processed as soon as the item is available again (all exchanges have stock priority). This period depends on our planning/production line, which usually varies between 5 to 15 working days.
Returns
STEP 1

- Portugal and Islands: You can drop off your order at a CTT post office, providing the code you will receive from the logistics partner (BATCH) (with an associated cost of €4.5), or alternatively send it to our facilities by registered mail.
- Europe: You should send the item to our facilities, with the process being the customer's responsibility. Posto 5 cannot be held responsible for any losses. If the items are lost, exchanges or refunds will not be possible. To ensure the security of delivery, we recommend sending by registered mail to the address provided by email.
STEP 3
Once the item is received at our facilities and successfully passes our quality control, the refund will be processed using the payment method used for the purchase, from which the shipping costs will be deducted.
Returns are processed within the following 10 business days.
